Account and access
Your account is personal. Protect your credentials and report unauthorized use. Project access depends on assignments made by BrandShip.
Messages, files and approvals
Only share content you are authorized to provide. Approvals and requests for changes are timestamped and attributed to the account that submits them. A new deliverable version may require a new approval request.
Services
A contact inquiry is not a contract. Scope, fees, timelines, deliverable ownership and change conditions are governed by a separate agreement. Progress indicators and dashboard dates support operational tracking.
Intellectual property
Original site content is protected. Substantial reuse requires permission from the rights holder. Deliverable rights are governed by the service agreement.
